Strata - Update to Tranches

Summary

In this audit. we reviewed the followup-changes that were performed around the Strata Tranches codebase since our [last audit report](https://certificate.quantstamp.com/full/strata-tranches/3c3a4037-2a92-468c-a4f3-5ea498e7b539/index.html). The recent commits mainly touch `Accounting.sol`, `StrataCDO.sol` and `Tranche.sol` and are introducing a minor exit fee on withdrawals from the JRT and SRT vaults, resulting in refinement around the vault’s ERC-4626 logic to handle fee deductions across all key methods. Fee distribution has been designed to be flexible, allowing configurable portions to either move to the protocol reserve or remain in the JRT and SRT tranches, further increasing share token prices. Additionally, UX-facing functions for exchange rates around the tranches' meta token `sUSDe` have been added, improving third-party integration consistency and usability. Overall, the performed changes are carefully designed and thoroughly tested and the client provided excellent breakdown of the changes.
