1. Who we are

Trustblock is operated by Silph Co. LLC, a limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone Authority, licence no. 2427673.01, registered address Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). 2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and name.
Firm and integrator data: company name and website.
API usage logs: API key, requests made, time, IP address and technical details of the request.
Basic analytics: pages visited and general device and browser information.
Cookies: only those needed to run the Service, such as keeping you signed in.
Public audit reports: reports we index may contain names or handles of auditors and project team members, as published by the firms.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To run the Service, manage your account and issue API keys: to perform our contract with you.
To keep the Service working, detect abuse and enforce our Terms: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service.
To improve the product: our legitimate interest in understanding how the Service is used.
To index public audit reports: our legitimate interest in publishing an accurate record of audits.
To meet legal obligations: where the law requires it.
Consent: where we ask for it, you can withdraw it at any time.

We need account data to give you an account or API key. Without it we can't provide them. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us, in these categories: hosting, email, analytics, error monitoring and storage. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We don't sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA and the UAE. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses for those transfers.

6. How long we keep it

Account data: while your account exists, then deleted unless we must keep it by law.
API usage and server logs: up to 12 months.
Analytics: in aggregated or anonymised form where possible.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example where you live or work. To exercise your rights, email hello@trustblock.run. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

8. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may change this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new date.
