LowUnhandled Return Value of ERC20 Transfer in `transfer` and `withdraw` FunctionsFixed

In the `FloatController` contract, the `transfer(address,uint256,uint256,uint256)` and `withdraw(uint256)` functions call the `ERC20.transfer()` function without handling its return value. According to the ERC20 standard, the transfer function returns a boolean indicating the success of the operation. Failure to check this return value can lead to scenarios where a transfer fails silently for some ERC20 tokens, potentially resulting in unexpected behavior.
