Summary

The **Onre** protocol is a Solana program built with the Anchor framework that facilitates the sale of real world reinsurance assets through an offers-based system, enabling depositors to earn institutional-grade yield backed by real world reinsurance. The protocol allows the `boss` to create offers by defining the buy and sell tokens, along with price vectors, while users can choose to fill these offers either fully or partially. The current iteration introduces `OfferVector` to improve price management. Through `OfferVector`, the `boss` can influence how token prices evolve over time with respect to the APR, enabling a continuous price curve. The protocol also includes a redemption mechanism. This allows the `boss` to create a `RedemptionOffer` that specifies the buy and sell tokens and references the original `Offer` it is based on. Other users can then create a signed `RedemptionRequest`, which are processed off-chain and later fulfilled on-chain by an authorized user once sufficient liquidity becomes available, subject to protocol owner considerations. Overall, the protocol is well written, and the code quality reflects a strong commitment to security and safety. The codebase is generally well structured and clearly documented, with refactoring across iterations leading to meaningful improvements in readability, modularity, and separation of concerns. Core flows such as offer execution, redemptions, pricing, and accounting are implemented in a consistent and auditable manner, supported by clear access control checks, shared utilities, and helpful inline comments and events that improve transparency and off-chain observability. During the audit we identified a small number of issues, including one issue, ONR-1, with a potentially high impact on protocol operations and therefore classified as High severity.
