Polylastic DAO contains index functionality where stakers can stake and own index tokens. Index has PartnerProgram functionality to reward referrers. There can be two types of indexes admin index and community index. indexes are managed by DAO's governance functionanality. Users can create proposals where users need to vote with POLX vote token to approve proposals.
