The runbook companion, `docs/upgrade.md` stipulates the following > `renounceOwnership` must never be proposed or signed, on either contract. However, the `renounceOwnership()` function remains callable on `HToken`. Therefore, if the runbook is not strictly adhered to, it remains possible that `owner` becomes set to `0x0`.
