All of the Local Traders tokens are sent to the contract deployer when deploying the contract. This could be a centralization risk as the deployer can distribute Local Traders tokens without obtaining the consensus of the community. --- Furthermore, the Local Traders coins are first minted to the current contract address account, then all of the minted coins are transferred from the current contract address account to the deployer's account. Other than a slight difference in emitted events, this is equivalent to using the `_mint()` function to mint the coins directly to the deployer's account.
