LowPurpose Of Function `redeem()`Fixed

We are not certain of the purpose of the function `redeem()`. It seems to be used by the owner of ERC721 to get back the token when no one participates in the auction. However, it requires that the `msg.sender` burns all the minted current contract tokens. The `curator` will get all the initial tokens, but if the function `claimFees()` is called, the `curator` will not be the only holder of the current contract tokens. Thus, no one can get the ERC721 back from the current contract.
