When Farmers first deposited the LandXNFT, they received less shards than the NFT was valued at in xTokens, based on the deduction of the fees and yearly rent. Farmers who wish to get their NFT returned are required to have an xToken balance of at least the original value of calculated shards. It is understood that that shard amount represents the underlying value of the NFT, however, in a situation where a lot of farmers are looking to buy back xTokens to meet the balance requirement of getting their NFT returned, there could be more xTokens locked in protocol accounts than are available for sale to Farmers.
