In function `setRefundStartDate` of contract `MemecoinFiresaleV1`, the `refundStartDate` can be lower than the current `block.timestamp`. Moreover, the value can be arbitrarily changed to a value that is lower than the old `refundStartDate` if it was already set. If the value is set to `_MAX_REFUND_PERIOD` days in the past it prevents users to request for a refund of their ETH. In this case, the `owner` will be able to withdraw the entire refund without giving the user the chance to withdraw their part.
